Dame Damevski is Director of International Markets at e-Boks and Member of the Management Committee of the UPU Consultative Committee, where he contributes to dialogue, alignment, and multilateral cooperation across the wider postal sector.
He works with postal operators, regulators, policy makers and partners to help the sector stay relevant as communication becomes increasingly digital. His interest is straightforward: supporting posts in their journey from traditional mail services toward being trusted universal channels for secure digital communication.
Over nearly two decades, he has worked across payments, postal services and innovation. From international cooperation roles at the UPU to leadership positions with Eurogiro, Inpay and now e-Boks, he has helped connect organisations that move information, money and public services across borders.
Dame is known for bringing people together and encouraging honest, constructive conversations about where the postal sector goes next. He believes the critical relevance of designated postal operators lies in combining their trusted role in society with modern digital capability, as interoperable omni-channel organisations built on multilaterally agreed standards, positioning posts as essential government communication infrastructure in a digital-first world.
