His interest is straightforward: supporting posts in their journey from traditional mail services toward being trusted universal channels for secure digital communication.   Over nearly two decades, he has worked across payments, postal services and innovation. From international cooperation roles at the UPU to leadership positions with Eurogiro, Inpay and now e-Boks, he has helped connect organisations that move information, money and public services across borders.   Dame is known for bringing people together and encouraging honest, constructive conversations about where the postal sector goes next.
