Susanne Søndahl Wolff is Director of Communications & ESG at e-Boks, where she leads the corporate narrative around secure digital communication and sustainability. With more than 25 years of experience in communications, PR and marketing for complex, knowledge-driven organisations, she helps position e-Boks as both a trusted national infrastructure and a responsible business partner in Denmark and internationally.
At e-Boks, Susanne oversees corporate communications, public affairs, and the ESG agenda across the group. She designs and executes integrated strategies that support growth, strengthen reputation and create concrete commercial opportunities. Her remit includes responsibility for reporting to the UN Global Compact, ensuring that e-Boks’ commitments on environmental, social and governance issues are transparent, credible and aligned with international expectations.
As a member of the management team, Susanne provides strategic counsel on ESG agendas and stakeholder communication. Her background spans the Danish Design Centre, the Trade Council and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she worked with branding Denmark abroad, value-based communication and international partnerships.
Susanne brings deep expertise in sustainability topics, ESG, public affairs, branding and digital marketing, combined with strong leadership experience at top management and board level. She is committed to using data, technology and AI to make communication more relevant and impactful, and believes that organisations earn trust when their actions, narrative and long-term sustainable ambitions are clearly connected.
